I believe therapy is a safe space to collaborate and seek healing.

I believe in helping my clients meet their goals through personal growth, self-awareness, collaboration, and healing through empathy and immense compassion.

My passions include working with clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem/body image concerns, self-injurious behavior, suicidal thoughts, family/interpersonal conflict, life transitions from birth to OB to end of life decisions, as well as grief and loss. 

I have experience working with children of all ages and diverse backgrounds. My experience also includes adolescents, young adults to elderly, as well as pre and postpartum women in the community and hospital setting.

TRAINING & EDUCATION

I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker with a supervisory designation in Columbus, OH. I graduated from Cedarville University with a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, giving me a holistic perspective with the training received. I attended Southeastern University to obtain a Master's Degree in Social Work, with a specialty in clinical social work which provided me with the knowledge of a multitude of therapeutic methods.

I utilize a variety of modalities in the therapeutic setting including the following:

  • Mindfulness and Meditation

  • Trauma-informed Care (TIC)

  • Interpersonal Skills
