Brittney Worthington
Licensed social worker (she/her)
I believe that every person deserves access to a safe, warm, and inclusive therapy space that is unique and tailored just for them.
Operating from a client-centered, culturally competent, and compassionate approach, my goal as a therapist is to walk alongside you throughout your therapeutic journey. Whether you are someone who wants to process and heal from trauma, learn new ways to cope, or any other goal that you may have for seeking therapy, this is your space and we can work together to tailor this therapeutic experience just for you.
Training & Education
I graduated with my Master's in Social Work in 2023 from The Ohio State University. I have worked with children, teens, and adults of all ages in multiple care settings such as hospitals, schools, private practice, and within the community. Much of my therapeutic experience is working with adults who have experienced intimate partner violence, as well as adults who experience anxiety, depression, PTSD, and/or other trauma symptoms.
I utilize the below modalities within my practice:
EMDR (Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy)
Motivational Interviewing
