Licensed social worker (she/her)
I believe in therapy that reflects the authenticity and messiness of being human.
In therapy, I recognize that it can be difficult to show up as your authentic self. Life is messy, and the therapy office is no exception. I know that therapy can feel awkward at times and I embrace that with my clients because I believe this humanity in sessions is what makes the process so effective.
As a therapist, I strive to bring my true self into the room in hopes of creating an environment where my clients can feel genuinely seen and heard. I consider it a privilege to be invited into the inner worlds of others and particularly enjoy supporting people on their journey of self-discovery.
In sessions, I integrate my personal experiences and expertise with the unique backgrounds of my clients while tailoring each session to the needs of the person. Whether you're exploring your identity or navigating through the aftermath of a loss, I believe that therapy offers a valuable space for reflection and growth and empowers clients to live in alignment with their deepest values.
