I believe in creating a welcoming environment for individuals seeking holistic healing, as it fosters trust and openness, allowing them to explore their unique paths to well-being without fear of judgment.

I am dedicated to creating a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment in my sessions. I believe that each individual is the master of their own life, and I use each person’s unique strengths to encourage positive change. My goal is to assist individuals in exploring the deeper parts of themselves and achieving their personal goals.

I have a passion for working with individuals who are facing challenges such as addiction, life transitions, emotional regulation, interpersonal conflicts, trauma, self-esteem, and anxiety.
