Emily Perry

Licensed independent social worker; supervisor (she/her)

I believe in fostering a safe, secure, and therapeutic environment for one to authentically flourish towards a values-driven life.

I do my best work with motivated, insightful, and accountable individuals who want to better understand how their past impacts their mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. I am passionate about aiding individuals in cultivating personal growth, healing, and self-resilience. My holistic approach prioritizes collaboration, empathy, integrity, directness, and empowerment within the client/therapist relationship.

I have experience providing therapy for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families in community, hospital, and private practice settings. In these settings, I have guided clients in managing and alleviating symptoms of: trauma, anxiety, depression, interpersonal conflict, self-injurious behavior, grief/loss, and life transitions.
