Emily Bingham

LICENSED professional counselor (she/her)

As a clinician I believe in accessible, understandable, and quality mental health care.

There are many different reasons to seek therapy. As a therapist, I specialize in working with adults looking to explore a variety of mental health symptoms including anxiety, depression, trauma, nervous system dysregulation, values conflict, and difficult life transitions.  I work to integrate evidence-based therapy practices into our work to ensure you receive high-quality care.

I value respect, empathy, honesty, non-judgment, and collaboration within our therapeutic relationship. We will work together to create a safe, trauma-informed space for exploration. Let’s navigate life's challenges and work towards creating a life that reflects your values, strengths, and aspirations. Are you ready to make time for yourself?
